The grapes for this Australian white were harvested during the cool night which creates a real freshness. The fermentation was equally as cool in stainless steel tanks. It hasn't had even the slightest second in oak, making it a refreshing, easygoing white wine that ditches butter and brioche for pineapple and orange pith. It's a fruit-forward wine with notes of lychee, guava and pink grapefruit. Fruity, juicy and unoaked.
