Chateau St Crygues is a 3rd generation family estate in Rhone Valley, France. Today the family run this gem of a vineyard biodynamically with minimal intervention in the wines. The name salamander comes from the abundance of amphibian life in there wild vineyard and it happen to be their sons favourite animal.
