The winery places a huge importance in wine featuring as a vehicle for food and gatherings and that each bottle should be a snapshot of the terroir that these vines occupy. Disfruton is a young wine blended from some exceptional fruit sourced from small parcels in the Alta. Each grape is fermented separately in whole bunches under a blanket of CO2. before pressing and finishing in stainless tank. This joyous little juice bomb is alive with notes of fresh raspberry, cherry compote, strawberry laces and candied liquorice. Best enjoyed lightly chilled.
