Red - Chateau St Crygues Syrah. Biodynamic, low intervention 3rd generation French red. Pairs well with duck, goose, soft cheese. 
White - Vigneti Tardis Felix Falanghina/Fiano. Natural process Italian white, no pestisides used. Pairs well with charcuterie and cheese boards, terrine, smoked fish. 
Fizz - Domaine de Vieux Pressoir Chenin Blanc/Melon de Bourgoyne. Organic and small batch family farm produced using old-style traditional techniques. Pairs well with smoked fish, hard cheese, oysters, mushrooms.
