This natural sea salt, produced by solar evaporation of sea water in ponds located by the Red sea coast (Gulf of Eliat), is great for cooking as well as as a condiment. Soil association certified, the salt manufacturing is done without chemicals, obtaining the white crystal glare.
Storage
Store in a dry, shaded place. Shelf life up to12 months.
