General terms:
All orders are subject to product availability at time of picking. If your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you and offer you a substitute, store credit or refund, using your original payment method. Please remember to select a container (drop one off, purchase or rent) if you
are ordering liquid items.
Delivery time:
We endeavour to deliver on the day you have selected, unless prevented by unforced circumstances. An estimated delivery time will be provided which must be used as a guide only.
If you are not in when our delivery arrives, we will need you to inform us beforehand of “a safe spot”. If a delivery is missed we cannot offer redelivery, collection from our store will be required.
You can provide your delivery instructions at check-out.
Click & Collect.
Order your groceries online at refillable.shop and collect them at your convenience.
Our team will carefully pick your order for you.
Once ready for collection, we will send you a notification for you to pick up.
If your order contains perishable items like milk, cheese and other, you must pick up promptly on the day of your notification to ensure the freshest stock.
You can collect in person or send a designated family member, friend or volunteer over the age of 18 years old to collect for you.
